Check Page Preview before printing your file and see if the application you are using recognizes the entire page and does not cut-off the edges.
You can try to print Fit to Page or Borderless and see if that helps.
For your blurred copies, Please follow the steps below to fix your problem:

  1. From the printer operator panel, press the Setup button.
  2. Go to Maintenance.
  3. Select Align Cartridges. Your printer will then print a page to align your cartridges.
  4. After the test page is printed, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
Should you still need assistance, please leave a comment to my response and I'll get back to you. Should this resolves your problem, your rating will be greatly appreciated.

How do I change margin setrtings foe Lexmark P4350

If you are preparing to print a document that you have created in Microsoft Word, you may be concerned that all the text on the page will print exactly as you see it on your screen. This is not always the case. You can adjust your print margins to ensure that your text prints on each page exactly the way you would like it to appear.

Opening Your Document
Open your Microsoft Word document by double-clicking the Word icon on your desktop. If you do not see the icon on your desktop, then you can locate it where it is buried on your "Start" menu. Click "Start," followed by "All Programs." Then click "Microsoft Office," followed by "Microsoft Office Word." A new document will open on your screen. Click the "Office Button," followed by "Open." Scroll through the files listed, and double-click the one you would like to print. It will open on your screen.

Check Your Margins
By default, your page margins are set to 1-inch margins on the top, bottom, right and left of your page. You can check your margins or change them by clicking "Page Layout," followed by the "Margins" button.

Select New Margins
Select a different margin size, such as "Narrow," which indicate 1/2-inch margins, or "Wide," which indicate one-inch margins on the top and bottom and two-inch margins on the left and right. You also can select "Moderate," which indicate one-inch margins on the top and bottom and 3/4-inch margins on the left and right. Finally, you can select "Mirrored," which indicates one-inch margins for the top, bottom and outside. The inside margins are set at 1 1/4 inches.

Print Your Page
Print your page. Press "Control" plus the "P" button. The printer dialog menu will come up. Make sure that "All Pages in Range" is selected. Press "OK." If your printer cannot print your new margins, then a new menu will pop up telling you to adjust your margins.

I hope you find it very helpful. Best regards.

Keeps telling me to enable bidirectional communication

Hi:

When you first loaded the print driver there should have been a box to check to enable bidirectional communication. Most Lexmark printers require this to work properly

Right now if you look, you should see,
http://fixya.com/support/t2051756-find_ink_catridge_compartment

Go to the address I gave you, put your mouse cursor in front of the -> h <- in http:
Hold the Left mouse button down, drag the mouse cursor across the address I gave you. Let go of the mouse button, after the entire address I gave you, is highlighted in blue. Press the CTRL key AND the -> c <- key at the SAME TIME. Now go up to the address in the address bar. Put your mouse cursor right after the -> t <- in compartment. Press the CTRL key AND the -> v <- key at the SAME TIME. Now press the Enter key)

Give the PDF file time to fully download, before looking through it.

Page 95 shows illustrations and tells you how to do it.

If the above address does not work for you, then go here,

Click on User Guide.
It's best to use this user guide, as it has illustrations in two tone color, and detailed instructions.
