Does the printer scan OK?

i have an acer aspire laptop and want to print from a hp printer all in one is there a certain usb cable needed

Hi this is caused due to a faulty or old cartridge. Try to get a replacement and the printer should work just fine.

The following solution is under the assumption you have installed the complete software via the supplied CD with your Epson Printer.

Windows:
Right-click the printer icon on your taskbar (in the lower right corner of your screen).
Select Head Cleaning.

Note:
If you don’t see the icon, go to your printer properties window and click the Maintenance tab, then select Head Cleaning.

The document is not printing it's say that there is a problem with the printer so I wonder that whats thats problem?

You may have some custom print settings active. Go to the print properties and set the printer to default print settings.
