DAV-DZ150K Sony Hometheatre, the tray does not open,when i press the open button it error display is disk error i dont understand what it problem tell me plz solution

the only way to get it open is threw the inside of the system and i wouldn't advise you to do that unless you know something about electronics or if you are lucky try to unplug it for about 30 mins and see if it will reset itself and plug it back up, and when you plug it back up only press the eject button. good luck!!!!!

your player comes as a multi reader player..

SOURCE: The DAV-S300 tray does not open when the eject

There is a transistor on the bottom of the main pcb assy which shorts out causing no voltage to the open/close motor. This is a common problem with this model.You may able to see this transistor as it will look burnt.it is a smd transistor
