I dont know the model but general trouble shooting might work. See it you can download the manual and or look at the web site for the trouble shooting section. Check the power cable for breaks, some can be hidden inside the insulation. Look especially at the ends where the wire gets flexed the most. Check if there is a fuzz and it is good. See if there is a removable panel and look inside for bad, burnt, of exploded parts. Read the bulb replacement section of the manual and remove and replace the bulb as instructed. Read turn on instructions and or break-in instructions. Give it some time to warm up.

Be sure to try to not touch the bulb and clean it with a lint free clean towel. They are very sensitive to oil or dirt from handling. .

I have not seen this model Hitachi but I have never seen one with 2 fans for the lamp---in all cases there is usually only one-
Hitachi only offers service manuals online and only to authorized repair shops with a user name and password. If two fans ARE involved it is unlikely both would be bad---flying by the seat of our pants I would suggest if possible to check the voltage at the fans---or even spin them to see if they will suddenly work---dirt can cause a fan to slow or stop and the set would either shut down or issue some kind of "fan failure" or temperature warning.
I am willing to help as much as possible and I understand the desire for a diagram but that is unlikely.

Logically speaking, try not to use cable that aint appropriate for that device. If you want to get a better result for what you want to achieve try to use the recommended ones (cables). That projection TV need an specified accessories, which is that special cable. If you want to modify its connection try to buy an adapter for that certain cable.
