If you don't want to spend the money for an entire clock board, I saw someone on ebay that sells just the relay. Its pretty simple to unsolder the old one and solder in the new one. Do a search for the part number on your relay which is probably T9AV5L12-12 and is notorious for going bad. I have not been able to find those relays anywhere else.

Hey dardem90
Is that the only thing that it does not do? Does the broiler work? Do you hear any clicking sound when you try the bake (bottom element) ? If the boiler work and you hear the clicking when you try the bake then one of the contacts on the relay may be weld stuck. If you know how to you could change the relay otherwise you have to replace the clock on the stove - Try repairclinic.com

Frigidaire PLEB30T8CCB Double wall oven - heating to temp, but not maintaining.

Your wiring diagram and parts schematics are here in the link below. Normally the bottom element does glow read hot after a couple of minutes. Broil elements last a lot longer because they aren't used as much. There is only one Control Board. If I was guessing, I would say the temperature sensor is at fault. Elements either work, or they don't, but you can easily test continuity with a meter. Many parts are discontinued.

The timer, clock and broil all work just fine. The bake button works and you can set the temp. it just doesn't actually heat up at all. There are no knobs on the controls for any cook top. it is all on a circuit board for overn only. help?

TOP OVEN WORKS OK BUT BOTTOM OVEN DOES NOT HEAT UP

Hello,

There are a number of reasons why you may find that your oven doesn't heat up, and troubleshooting oven heating elements is not too complicated, so you should be able to manage this in a few hours. When you are trying to decide what is the cause of your oven not heating up properly, you should be able to identify the different problems, and also understand how to repair the oven without too much difficulty. If you find a lot of problems, then you may need to provide a different solution, for example replacing the heating element and fittings completely.
Heating Element is Broken
This is perhaps the most common cause of the oven not heating up. The element inside the oven will not become hot if the electrical connections are damaged, or if the element itself is not working. The heating element can be removed and replaced easily, and this is perhaps a very good idea if you have any problems with the heating system of your oven. Test the heating element by firing up the oven with the door open, and your hand close to the front of the element. You should be able to feel it warming up, so if it doesn't, take of the screws which hold it in place, and then unplug the connections. You can take the heating element to a store and they should be able to replace the part for you.

Hope this help in solving the problem.....
