Seems like a board error. The machines are almost 12 years old now and parts are very hard to come by. You may be able to pick up a used Sharp AR-M205 off ebay or you may want to consider upgrading to a newer machine.

Re install your printer driver with pcl6 driver which you can download from support,sharp.net.au

Probably is a error referring to

Finisher Lift up trouble, on the sorter....

Tray that goes up and down, does NOT reach home position.

what is you OS? check you printer drivers. are they properly installed?, what is your connection between your PC to your printer?, AR 275 can be connected thru network, parallel port, and a USB... they have different printer drivers

Hello sir; H4 code require reset procedure as follow;
1, press"#" "interupt" "c" "interupt" these 4 keys.
2, enter 14 , then press start
3, turn power off and back on .

Next exit paper have a key block scanner. Put knob in key out  for work well. Power off and power on. Good luck.

Press P-interrupt-C-interrupt and enter test command 14 and Execute to clear your error. Let your machine reboot. If it comes back you have a problem with your fuser. Most likely it's dirt or toner caked on your tempature sensors and they need to be scraped off.

SHARP AR250 H5-01 Papersensordefective in the fusing unit

Normally you can clean the build up of toner off the sensor, and it'll sort itself out. It also could happen by having 5 paperjams in a row.

You might need to run a service mode to reset the machine:

P * C * 14 (start) then 1 for Yes and follow on screen directions, code should clear out.
