Lots of sites say to move the PSWD jumper (on the motherboard) from pins 1&2 to pins 3&4, or something like that. However on my Optiplex 360 I found that the PSWD jumper had only 2 pins. By trial and error I found that removing the jumper from these two pins while the system was off allowed me to boot the system with BIOS password disabled. I was then able to change BIOS settings
