When I try to send a text message the envelope just goes round and round saying "wait", then when it finishes it says "no sent store". All my attempted sent messages are in my outbox. They sent yesterday but not today? Please help.

Although I don't believe my user dictionary was flushed, my phone also keeps notifying me, "message not sent" when i didn't send a message. When I press the notification, im taken to a blank text message. No name or number in the To: slot and no message in the message section. Its driving me nuts(Not to say I wasn't already there to begin with) Any suggestions would be great.

check in the message setting the sms service centre num of ur operator. also check the validity period of this num...

Check in your sent folder and look at the envelope next to the message. Each envelope has a check box at the top right corner.

<>If the person you are sending the message to also has Verizon:
-If it was received by the other person, the box will be checked.
-If it has an arrow next to it, it's still in the process of being sent; possibly because the intended recipient is out of service.
-If you click on the sent message and scroll down to the bottom, it will tell you what time the other person received it at.

<>If the person doesn't have Verizon, all the messages you send (regardless of whether or not they were delivered) will have an arrow in the box and it will not tell you what time the person received the message at.

Sometimes, a message will have an I in the box. I think it stands for Incomplete; this only happens to me when I send a message to more than one person and the message doesn't get delivered for some reason.

Normally, the red spot on an envelope in the sent messages means that your text has not been delivered to the destination phone number the text was sent to.

In some other phones like some nokia phones, there will be an exclamation point "!" on the envelope of the failed delivery sent message.

A message may fail to be delivered due to a number of reasons, like network errors, invalid phone number or if the number is off, or the message has expired (a message expires if it is not delivered within a period of 24 hours).

You may try to resend the message that has failed to be sent.

It says the message has been sent

to text:
1. at the "home" screen, click the button to the left of the analoge stick, this should click on menu taking you to a screen with 9 icons.
2. click the icon on the top row in the middle called "messaging"
3. Select option one "new message"
4. Type whatever the message is using the numbered buttons 0-9.
5. Once finished, select the option "send to", and input the name or number you want to send it too.
6. To make sure it sent, go back to the options screen with "new message" but scroll down to the "sent" box, if the message sent than it would be in there, if not, your message will be in the outbox and it means you have a bad signal. If its in the "outbox" than hit resend and wait to see if it sends.
7. that's the basics of just sending "text" but "pictures" are different,

it is something that the network and manufactured installed on phone which is annoying the best way is to send texts half and half so they arrive to friends

Go in to the Outbox, click on the message, if it has a red arrow on the envelope icon then the message has sent. For more info click "Read" message then on the centre menu bar go down to Message status, this will tell you if it's sent and what time, etc. There isn't a 'sent' box.
