How do I get the let N off the top of my screen so i can listen to my mp3

sir, it think the problem is only with the display of your mp3.since you are able to listen to the music, i think you need to change the display of your mp3. it will be available in any reputed mp3 store.

Open media player to view all your files.
Connect sansa and make sure computer reads it.
Now on top of media player, you will see a sync button, press it now.
Now copy songs from your list and add them to the box on far right screen. Then sync to device.

i found that if you reset it with a needle on the top of the mp3 player it shuts it down. give it a minute or so and turn it back on...the reset button on this has become my new best friend.

hold power and vol up same time 4 5 sec will rebbot

tryr restarting it Hold down the middle and the top button for 30 seconds

on the top right of you mp3 there is a button that says M.
Try holding it then plugging it back into you computer.
O.K ill try to make this easy now, do that when its off because when it says mtp on mine i can put songs on it but idk why yours is not working so try what i said on top and good luck, because if it says usb that means you share stuff but when it says mtp that means you put on music.

Fade to black = hardware issue - must be replaced, cannot be repaired. sorry.
