Hello Roxann,

Sorry about the technical difficulties earlier.

Here is a direct link to the USER"S MANUAL for your GE Phone:

http://www.home-electronics.net/USER-GUIDES/27901_DOM_EN_CL_IB.pdf

To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and blue highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents, although many computers already have this type of utility pre-installed.

You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.

Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

Please COMMENT back here to this page if you have any details to add, have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

Thank you very much.

Joe.

Your phone must be power off, press the "*" + "3? + "green call key" but nothings happen again I haven't format my phone.
What should I do for this phone, this is able to recognize in the computer and cannot format to hard boot formatting.
My last choice is to find a flash utility cable suits in my phone and the software to re-program it and putting some IMEI codes.

I need to master reset may Motorola Blur

To Hard Reset the Motorola BLUR MB300 quite differs from other Motorola ANDROID phones.

Do back up all your data stored on your device before doing this procedure, this process will delete all the data on the phone but does not delete the data stored on the microSD memory card.

To hard reset Motorola BLUR MB300
1. Power off phone.
2. Hold camera button and power on phone at the same time.
3. Release the camera button when prompted to.
4. You will see a message screen telling you to press the up or down volume button
5. Press and HOLD the down volume key (ignore message 'Volume Up Key Pressed')
6. When triangle and phone screen appears
7. Press on the screen just above the back key
8. You will now see the "Motorola system recovery" menu
At this point you will have three choices:

1. reboot system now [Menu+Back]
2. apply ssdcrad:update.zip [Alt+S]
3. wipedata/factory reset [Alt+W]
You can simply tap an item to select it.

At the bottom of the screen you can select OK to apply your choice from the menu.

There is also an opportunity to select Hide on the bottom left, I don't know what that does (I tried it and nothing happened).

Selecting Wipe data/factory reset and tapping Ok and the screen changes to a box and a phone (Get it - out of the box) and you see what is happening on the phone.
pick 2
-- Wiping data...
Formatting DATA:...
Formatting CACHE:...
Data Wipe Complete.

Press Menu+Back to reboot

pressing Menu+Back did nothing for me so I tapped 'reboot system now' on the menu and Ok.

The phone restart then will restore back to its factory default state.

Got moniter working but screen is too wide for monitor i have to usw cross arrows to read the whole page

Each monitor has settings buttons on the front or side of the monitor to set the screen size, brightness, etc. Look for a button or wheel and find the menu, then go find the screen sizing, but verticle and horizontal and move it so it fits the monitor screen.

Pushing buttons on the monitor will not cause any damage, so try then all until you find the menu button and then you will need to find the button or wheel that moves you from selection to selection. Generally, pushing the menu button will select the highlighted menu item so you can adjust the settings.

I hope this was helpful.

When click bb button my options buttom doesn work

If you are at the home screen and the phone is unlocked, press the "blackberry" key, next to the green answer button. The on screen menu should show "options". If you click on this, nothing happens? If it does pop up with the next window, the row adjustments are in the middle of this screen under "Set Homescreen Layout". Once you have selected this, be sure to press the blackberry button again and save your selection.

    Hope this helps!

How do you defrag your go gear?

You don't need to defrag this, nor can you.  By clicking the format button, you erased the player's native format. Try reloading the firmware by doing an Update in Philips Device Manager.
