HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Potential Causes

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects(located, and mounted on the actual pump)
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

F2 = Long Drain. Most common cause is something (or lots of things) stuck in the drain pump. There are screws at the bottom of the front panel that can be removed to check it out. If the screws look like stars they are Torx head screws, get driver from most home centers.

I found a sock in the black accordian style drain that comes directly off the drum before the pump...hopefully this takes care of the problem.

HE 4 front load remove bottom panel 3 screws once remove now you have access to pump get towels and bucket oper lint filter and remove debris from inside ,,,,, and that its F2 long drain,,,,,,

We've had this problem for about a yr when i finally firgured out how to correct it.
the problem is that the circuit board is attached to the washer, when it starts to shake it causes the connections to loosen and theats the fault code you get.
How I fixed this was to suspend the circuit from a bungie strap this will allow the washer to shake all it wants and the circuit board is stable, connections stay tight andwasher works fine, after 6 months not one error code at all

I have an H3 washing machine and the rubber bellow lip that seals the front door from leaking has torn causing water to leak out. Can this bellow be repaired or easily removed and replaced without calling a service repairman.

F/DL means the door lock.  If you take the bottom panel off (there are 3 screws), you can reach up and pull down on a lever to release the lock.  Next you need to take off the top of the washer (there are 3 screw on the back).  ONce you have the panel removed, you can see the wires and where they plug in at the back right area.  If you just jiggle them, you can get it to work again.  I am doing this right now until I can get a new computer.  My neighbor has a front loading washer of a different brand and experienced the same problem I am having now.  She is the one who told me how to fix it.

I am getting an F35 code on the washer has anyone had this problem
