I have lost cd of panasonic camera nv-ds65. plz mail me cd. also tell how i transfer movies from camera to pc.

    I have lost the CD of my HandyCam (Panasonic DS65) and now I need the USB driver to transfer the movies recorded on the MiniDV to my computer. I wonder if it is possible to download it from somewhere in Panasonic website?

Give me your address and I will mail cd to you .
You need to use a fire wire cable and connect it to the computer. (of course you need to install the driver for the camera first).
After connecting the camera turn it on and youse any film making software to capture the movie from the camera and put it on the computer.

You will require a firewire cable.
Usually a 4 pin to 6 pin cable. 4 pin to camera 6 pin to computer, assuming you PC has a fireiwre socket.
PC computer have Movie Maker as part of the OS.
Connect with the above cable and you should be good to go.

you just need cable with both end DV pin.its mean one end you have dv out put then where you input also need DV in put so need both side DV pins.after that you can download your movie on pc.

How can I transfer a video from my Panasonic NV-DS65EN video camera to my PC?
You must have a Firewire cable to transfer video from the camera to the pc. It can't be done with the USB cable. That's only good for transfering still photos. If your computer doesn't have a Fireware connection, then you must purchase a Firewire card separately then add it to the computer. Windows Movie Maker is all that's needed for the software.

Software for panasonic digital camera nv-ds65
I have uploaded the camera driver here.

Un rar the file and press the setup icon in the file.
After this the computer will recognize the camera and you will be able to use for example the moviemaker program to capture (transfer) the movies from your camera.
