Here is every Sekonda Manual. Look for a 4 number code on the back. Normally there is a button combination that moves the hands fast or a click at a time like an alarm clock or timer.
it is quite simple but i admit i had to break my head in the begining. i spent hours looking for a user manual for this model online but didn't find one so i'm posting this solution hoping to help someone who need it as well. all u have to do is when the watch is in normal time mode, press the SET button and hold it till u see the seconds flashing. after a few seconds the hour and minute on the main display will start flashing too. u can adjust the time here by pressing the ADJ button. once ur time is set follow the same procedure and set the date too. remember to hold the SET button till u arrive to the date mode which appears after the time mode on the main display. there u go:)
Just talked to Adidas. Manual is wrong on this watch type. To change time: press top-left button "set/light" and hold till "light off" appears. Then, hit bottom-left button "mode," toggling until you reach the hours/minutes/etc. Use top-right and bottom-right buttons to change numbers as needed. Hit top-left "set/light" button when finished.
It may be that you watch is set to daylight saving time (DST). If you don't have a manual telling you how to remove this, you can get instructions from the Casio web site.
Go to the casio web site "casio.com".
Select "support" and the "manuals", watches;
Accept terms
Select "watch manual archive"
Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box
Click on "search" and the download your instructions.
If the store you purchased the watch at has not set the time to the correct time zone then obviously the different time zone (UTC in this case) that is showing on your digi face isnt exactly helpful....
Best bet is to go to the interactive watch instructions on www.citizenwatch.com to follow along on how to get it into your own time zone.
Just type in your model number exactly JR3060-59F into the search field. On the right side of the page is the Get Technical Info link..click on this choice. Now on this page is the next link...right side at the bottom of the list> Interactive setting instructions. The page changes again and you see the choice menu. Find Zone Settings...click and follow the instructions (note there is sound to it so turn your speakers on if you have them)
