Menu- set up- channel set up- auto installation.
When new channels become available on DTV (free to air) the TV spacks out and needs to be 'tuned' again. Worked for me when my tv displayed this exact same thing.
It means that the tv doesn't gets the correct signal from the cable or the antenna - check them.

What do you mean exactly when you say "failed to receive broadcast"? Does it not get a signal of any sort? What about from DVDs, do you have a DVD player attached, does that work? Did it used to work just fine with regular TV signal?
Thanks, let me know more and I can definitely help!

Well I tried a cable amplifier & that solved my problem. I now get all HD channels without an HD cable box.
That message is presented when a selected digital channel is too weak to decode. Let us hope that something was accidentally changed:
Is the channel legitimate?
Is the antenna/cable still connected (to the Digital input)?
Go into menu - setup - channel setup. Is the selection of either cable or air channels correct for your situation?
Use menu - setup - Antenna Setup-DIGITAL to examine the signal strength. Is there nothing at all, or is it just a question of strength?
Odds favor a change in channel setup that you would not have made intentionally, or a simple physical problem (input cable, etc.). Start from scratch, and check the settings and connections you originally made. Hopefully it will be simple and cheap!
