Sorry u can't the Data's in the SD card it is corrupted,that why u alway put those small SD momory card back in the plastic casing when u don't used it and it is a must keep it out the extreme heat or cold temp.

1. If your Micro SD memory card can be detected on your computer, then try to completely format the card.
2. Goto Start >> My Computer >> Right-Click the memory card icon >> Format >> Uncheck the Quick Format option >> Start >> OK / Yes (confirm the request!).
3. If the memory card cannot be detected / readed by your PC, phone, and camera, then that card has become corrupt / unrepairable,
4. You should replace that memory card with a compatible one!

SOURCE: problem with reading Sandisk 4gig hc micro sd card in my computer and laptop
The problem is that a 4 GB micro sd card is HC (High Capacity). You will need to buy a card reader that can read HC micro sd cards (cost +/- € 8).
Very important: check if your mobile phone works with high capacity micro sd cards because a lot of phones don't work with HC micro SD cards.
