Look within the drum and observe if there is any dirt on it. Also check the quality of water. Check if there is any dirt /grease from the drum bearings due to failure of the bearings/seals.

Sounds like your water pressure switch is faulty. You can replace this easily by removing the top panel, the part is round and about 2-3 inches diameter, it has a thin pipe connected to it that goes to the tub and 2 or 3 wires plugged onto it. F5 means pressure switch jammed on full. Hope this helps
Error code F04 means pressure switch jammed on empty.
Do the following.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside the hose.
Remove the hose on to the pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.
it should be at the back of the machine were the pipe for dirty water comes out there is a panel you can take off at the bottom of the machine when it is off you should see the moter and the pump were the pump is you and take off the black sump asmbaly and the filter should be there. hope this helps.
f04 is a pressure switc problem.
take the lid off and check the clear plastic hose is attached to the bottom of the pressure switch, a round part with wiresand the other end to the sumps breather tube.if it is and there are no holes or splits in the tube it may need replacing.
Your test mode is on, maybe accidently. Press "start", "cancel", "on" & "off" together for 10 secs, you will see d/off come on the display. Do the same & the test mode comes on again.
