I see this is an old post, but maybe still will help someone: if the lights of the fridge work properly, but it does not start cooling at all, most likely it is switched to showroom mode. This is demonstrate it for the buyers in the showroom, with all visible effects (lights), however, of course, not cooling unnecessarily. To switch between sjhowroom and normal (cooling) mode you shall press a combinaation of some of the 4 buttons. I can not recall exactly which two, but it is easy to try all combination. However, the trick is this: there is a third element of this combination: the door opening sensor!!!! So, before you start the button combination, make sure that the door is open, and lights are on. (this is what happened to us: my wife was cleaning the fridge, and at a point with open doors she coincidentally touched the two buttons while whipping the surface with a towel. This triggered to switch to showroom mode.... it took some weeks and contacting service teams in different countries until we figured out the trick:)
