I have RCA Dect 6.0 two handset keys locked on one. How do I unlock keys

Keypad lock To lock the cordless handset?s keypad: Press and hold [*] button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep tone, when the keypad lock is activated, shows on the display. To unlock the keypad: Press and hold [*] button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep tone. Or simply replace the handset on the charger cradle.
I'd put it back on the charger and see if that unlocks it.

Invalid sim card

If your mobile shows the error message "Invalid Sim" or "Sim Rejected" the your phone is locked to a particular network. To fix this problem you need to unlock it. Use unlock code to unlock your Blackberry 7290 . To get the code you have to submit network provider, country and IMEI number of the mobile. Make sure yourself whether you have knew the network provider to which your mobile is locked, country to which the locked network belongs to and IMEI number of your mobile. If not you can find the IMEI number in two ways:
1)Go to Options>status
2)Find IMEI on the back of your mobile, behind the battery.
3)Type *#06# and press call button. It will display your IMEI number.
You can find the network provider to which your mobile is currently locked by switch off your mobile and switch on it again. A logo of the locked network will get displayed on your mobile screen. After knew all these get the code from the site Unbblock.com ,by submitting these to them. Unlock it yourself using unlocking instructions which is given in the site itself.

My screen wants me to enter a password but any password that i entered doesnt work althout evry reset that i try doesent work what should i do?

Make sure you have the correct passwords for the various 'lock':
  • Phone/Handset Lock
  • Sim Lock

In either case, a handset reset will not unlock your phone!

If it is a Phone/Handset Lock, then Acer / manufacturer Help Desk maybe able to assist you. A third party mobile phone unlocker may also be able to 'master' reset your handset (use Google to search).

If it is a SIm Lock, a PUK code may be required (you will be prompted for this) and any excess attempt will permanently disable your Sim card: you can request your PUK code from your mobile service provider help desk.

A handset lock code problem

Hi,

If you have never used a lock code on the phone then the phone would currently have the factory default lock code.

To get this information please contact the phone manufacturer and they will be able to provide you the same.
Calling Telstra might be another, and possibly quicker, way to get the same information.

All you will need to do is navigate to the phone's security settings and enable the handset lock, choose a password and set the timeout period for the phone to autolock itself.

I hope this helps.
