MSI explicitly told me they will not give out diagrams for us, because of "business marketing reasons".

I have tried my best for you, sorry!

If your processor 2.4 Ghz HT you need socket 478 motherboard,System bus 800.without HT you need 533 FSB Motherboard.You can buy easily.Where you live? I do not know.China are available made 478 PIN mother board.

If you look closely to the board you will find the pinout written to the motherboard.

Are you sure the model is W5322? Could it be w5233?

SIR..., regarding monitor...display block characteristics which is operated manually by buttons situated bottom of monitor is anytime coming at the centre of monitor display... The settings block comes on suddenly and we are unable to exit from the same sometimes the block goes off without any action and everything is fine till it is back again and it is come again and again.....by all this i did'nt work on my PC...all result it's useles......please sir giving your suggestion as soon as possible....... This has been happening for the last 1 year and is a real pain Please send some solution

Here is the support webpage for you model which may show you some things. It doubt that it will give you a wiring diagram.  To receive that you would have to know who made the mother board, then cross over the board numbers.
