iF YOU HAVE SERVICED THE SAME, THEN YOU HAVE TO ALIGN PANELS. CHECK THE ATTACHED CABLES ALSO..
SOURCE: blurry and discolored
I have this projector (out of warranty) and it had the same problem. I traced the problem to the green polarizer which is a glass sandwich assembly right in front of and attached to the green LCD panel frame, though I suppose it could happen to the red or blue. There is a plastic membrane laminated to the glass on both sides of one panel or slide which is the actual polarising element. The element that faces the opposite panel in the sandwich was melted in a 1/4 inch circle in the center of the polarizer. It looked like wavy ripples on a puddle when viewed under a stereo microscope or 10X loupe. With the LCD block removed you can hold the assembly up at an angle to a light and inspect each polarizer for damage. I can only speculate about the cause of this condition. My best guess is a very light paused signal left for an extended period that heat stresses the plastic layer like the sun through a magnifying glass. Anyway, I carefully removed the polarizer per instructions in the service manual, pages 63 & 66(available online), and replaced it with a new one (part #TKGP0029) at a cost of $75 and my time which was about 3 hrs. This procedure isn't for the faint at heart or the clumsy! You need a steady, meticulous hand, patience, and very good mechanical and preferably also electronic abilities to attempt this. The defective polarizer must be carefully and slowly pried away from the small strips of double sided tape that secure it to the LCD frame with an exacto blade or fine jewelers screwdriver, and the new one replaced with fine tweezers and gently and firmly pressed onto the tape. A stereo microscope or 10 power loupe really helps with the process. Make note of the orientation of the two colored dots on the polarizer, green in this case, before removing. Otherwise, send it to an authorized repair facility or remove the bulb and find a used "good" projector on eBay or craigslist that needs a bulb. The cost might be the same, occasionally $300 if you're lucky.
This symptom may also be caused by other related problems, but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it! Hope this experience helps in some way.

my dear friend, it appears that you must have opened the 3 lcd screws that are not supposed to be touched, if so then just forget reassembling the same as the convergence would be lost & cannot be manually done
another thing are the polarisers.if excessive dust had accumulated & if you used wrong technique in cleaning then the coating would have come off & you have lost everything , just change the entire lcd block.this costs a bomb.beter to buy a new projector

If there is any discoloration like a blueish hue then the light tunnel has collasped. But if it is just plain ol' fuzzy there is a trick you can try. Grab the focus tube behind the focus ring tightly and put some umph into it and completely unscrew the tube from the projector. Look inside the projector with a light and if you see any of the dried glue hanging from where it screws in remove it with some needlenose pliers. Gently shake out any that has fallen inside. Now look at the tube and clean any glue from it. While you have it off look at the back side of the lens and make sure it's clean. Next screw the lens on till it is on the threads but not completely screwed on. Now put 1 hand on the rear of the projector and one on the end of the lens and push the lens into the threads until it pops and then tighten it the rest of the way in but don't over tighten. Get your palm prints off the lens and fire it up and check the focus. Try to look at a screen that has text from corner to corner and see if the text is clear in each corner. If not loosen the barrel again and keep trying to get a different position when reseating the barrel and check each time until the 4 corners of the screen are in focus. When you get it close enough for your satisfaction and have tightened the tube back up the fun part starts.... Now you need to remove the top cover and be sure to break off the 2 airplane tail-fins in the top cover on either side if a tech hasn't already done in the past (they just get in the way when putting the top back on). Once you have the top off you need to super glue the tube back to the part that it is screwed into, just a very thin bead as far around the tube as you can. This will prevent the tube from unscrewing in the future when you are using the zoom adjustment. Let it dry and good luck !!!!

The "CONTROL KEY" may be set to "OFF". In order to set the "CONTROL KEY" to "ON" without using the remote control unit, keep holding down the ENTER button on the projector and press the MENU button for more than 2 seconds
