Why do I have "new CID;3 on my screen. Not there

Reinstall the app. It should take care of it.

To select a number, highlight the number and press Menu/select. The phone gives you the following 3 options:
1) Delete Entry Erase the number from the list.
2) Store Into Pb Add the number to the phonebook. The handset prompts you to edit the name and number.
3) Delete All (CID list only) Erase all numbers from the list.

The Panasonic system needs 3 things to make CID display work, CID service from the telco, CID hardware, and programming. The card ending in 93 needs to be installed in a TD/TAW/TA/TDA/TDE/NCP series cabinet. In an 824 it's a TA-82493 card, a 3-port card that plugs into a slot in the inside of the cabinet at the bottom (or upper left slot if it's mounted sideways). When it's installed, there are programming options to turn on the display and buttons to program to display and select the last calls (up to 300).

It requires 3 things to display CID on a Panasonic system phone, CID service, CID hardware (part number TD-193), and programming. The 193 card is a 4-port card about 3 inches square and it attaches to the trunk card of a TD system.

It was an extra cost item in everything but the -7 cabinet, the last one Panasonic made in the series.

FIRING ORDERS NOTE: To avoid confusion, remove and tag the spark plug wires one at a time, for replacement. If a distributor is not keyed for installation with only one orientation, it could have been removed previously and rewired. The resultant wiring would hold the correct firing order, but could change the relative placement of the plug towers in relation to the engine. For this reason it is imperative that you label all wires before disconnecting any of them. Also, before removal, compare the current wiring with the accompanying illustrations. If the current wiring does not match, make notes in your book to reflect how your engine is wired. This message is in an area that discusses the 25202RE3. If you really have the 202, this model shouldn't have the CallerID capability. If there was ever a model 25204RE3, that model probably has it.

If you bought it brand new, then you might have the space-age chrome/blue-plasma model (2542YRE3?, where Y is either 3, 4, or 5). If Y is 3 (and the model number system holds), you don't have CID/VM. If Y is 4, you do. If Y is 5, you have a built-in answering machine as well.
