Did you run the driver CD for the Netgear N600 ? That is the first place I would look. Or it is possible that your Netgear N600 is not working properly. There are some very inexpensive small USB dongles that do work very well, I would try that as well. They run in the less than $10.00 range at places like Ebay or Amazon.
Go to www.netgear.com to download your resource software. You will need your model number, the N600 will not do it. Flip that router upside down or look on the sides for the actual model number or serial. Punch that in on the site to locate your download. Once you have downloaded it, run it. Hopefully that fixes your problem.
You can always access it using a network cable instead of wi-fi Now that guy may changed the configuration page password too, in this case you'll have to do a reset using the reset button at the back on the router using a paper clip or similar, then access the conf. page using default credentials and reconfigure internet information. Don't forget to configure both wifi, and configuration page this time ;)
just do the following: 1. There is a yellow wire in your modem which is connected into a computer take that out of a computer and insert it in a router in 1st socket. 2. Then insert the INSTALLATION CD into the computer and follow the instructions.
