What is the u-verse setup code?

I have the tv mentioned and was wondering what is the code for it and how do i program my panasonic blue ray player remote (N2QAYB000629) to control the tv also. I am also wondering how to get the remote N2QAYB000570 that came with it to control the tv. I tried ordering another remote of the same, but that won't work either.
Please help.
