TOSHIBA TV NO SOUND NO PICTURE, POWER LIGHT IS ON

Since your TV was struck by lighting, the power supply is the first board that gets affected by the sudden change in AC power.. The main board is the next board due to the fragile components and the excess of voltage that is supplied to it when the lighting happened. Since you have replaced the power supply already.. I would suggest to replace the main board and that should restore the functionality on your TV.

I need some help, no picture, no sound either or what? Also was set doing anything unusual before it failed?

Check the fuses on the ysus & zsus boards. Are any fuses on boards open . Disconect power cabels to ysus board first {board on left} . put tv on . if the light is green the ysus board must be replaced.

in this situation tv no sounds due to deffective components in amplifier section. please change the audio amplifier ic.

your tv needs to be open,check the speaker if its good or not ,then the supply of the amplifier and the amplifier itself also.

the start up or standby power is in need of troubleshooting. I would start by checking the regulator and horizontal output transistors.

I will not bore you with advice which you cannot follow. (90 % probability, looks like the Blue Signal Video Output Transistor has become faulty). This is a very simple "fixable' problem for a Professional Technician. Should not take more than 15-20 minutes.Nothing you can do. Call for Professional help.
