If you do not have your PUK code, contact the Customer Care

customer again. Give them your phone number and once they

You will then be asked to set a new PIN code. Once you have

When you purchase a sim card usually gives you 2 codes, first one is PIN CODE and the other one is the PUK CODE. Puk code is the super-long combination of numbers written on your sim package, it should be near the phone number or the pin code. There are many type of provider,
For my provider,(maxis), i'm need to dial *100# to get the menu from maxis,
Then I will replay number 9 foraccount information
After that it will display menu again.
And here I;m replay choose number 6 for PUK code.
After that, it will ask your number that you want PUK.
replay phone number.ex 0129992222
Then it will give the puk, then insert that puk and give the new pin code.

If you have forgotten your PIN number;

• Telephone your cell phone service provider and ask for your PUK code. (They are the only ones who can give it to you as it's the SIM card that locks rather than the phone.)
• Enter a wrong PIN number 3 times and your SIM card will lock (if it's not already locked)
• Turn off your phone and then turn it on again.
• When you turn it on enter the PUK code. It will ask you for a new PIN. Enter a new PIN number and that will be the PIN you use from then on.

Keep the PUK code safe somewhere as you could need it again if you forget the PIN again.

puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
