How do i wire up camera after somebody cut off plugs

tip

Connecting up your "Whatever" to your TV/HDTV

Connecting this up will be easy. What you do is get a yourself a set of the right, for your setup, cables. That uses EITHER one of the formats, of these described, below. You will need, either, a THREE way Cable, or three separate " Coaxial Cored" Cables with RCA PLUGS on them. Colored Yellow, (Video) Red, & White. (Audio) AV. OR If you have SCART Connection Sockets, it's a big Black Socket at rear of unit(s), you get a SCART Cable.& It's all inside. Now some units, use a standard called Component Video, that uses, a Green, Red, & Blue Plugs. Also we have with the "Component Video" it is marked "Y" "Pb" & "Pr" these simply go color to color at BOTH ends, this is where the Red, Green, & Blues, colored Ends, of the Wires, goes, remembering that this is ALL only Video. With this method, you still must use the AV, red & White, Audio, Inputs to get the "Sound" into the unit, with the Component setup, you will also ,need, Two more Cables, for the AV Audio. these are, Red & White.(So with Component Video there are 5 Cables/Plugs in all). In any event ALL Cables go Color to Color, at each end, plugging into the corresponding Colored RCA Jacks, on either machine, or VCR or TV. Now if you have SCART, then it simply plugs in only one way. It is that simple. So connect up with the leads your set uses, and select the correct "Input" from TV/Remote, it is NOT on a "Channel" it will be on AV, AUX, and Press "Play" on VCR/DVD whatever.... should be all go.

When i turn on the chlorinator its comes on and then turns the power off to the whole unit

Please dragon, Be careful. If the chlorinator is not wired to the unit correctly you could ven have a
flash!! 1. Shut off the circuit breaker located on the house. Ir's located in
metal rectangular panel. Probably next to the elect meter.
2 Now that the power is off check the wiring where the chlor attaches to the pump.
The wires should be color coded. Black & red are always the hot leads, white & green are
neutral leads, Let me know........dansky66

Hi there,

Here is a cheat sheet I compiled that you will find very helpful:

Plug Types/Application

6 Way - Horse, Stock and Utility
4 Way - Utility Trailers

Columns are Color, Function, Mark on the plug.

Seven wire Trailer plugs
:

Horse, stock or utility trailers:
White = Ground - 1
Blue = Electric Brakes - 2
Brown = Tail and clearance lights - 3
Black = Battery, aux power - 4
Yellow = Left turn/Brake - 5
Green = Right turn Brake - 6
Orange or Purple (not both) = Auxilliary or Reverse - 7

Recreational Vehicle:
White = Ground - 1
Blue = Electric Brakes - 2
Green = Tail and clearance lights - 3
Black = Battery, aux power - 4
Red = Left turn/Brake - 5
Brown = Right turn Brake - 6
Yellow = Auxilliary or Reverse - 7

Six wire trailer plugs:

Horse, stock or utility trailers:
White = Ground - GD
Yellow = Left turn/Brake -LT
Green = Right turn Brake -RT
Brown = Tail and clearance lights - TM
Red or Black (not both) = Battery, aux power - A
Blue = Electric Brakes - S

Recreational Vehicle: (color, use, plug mark)
White = Ground - GD
Yellow = Not used -
Brown = Right turn Brake - RT
Green = Tail and clearance lights -TM
Black = Battery, aux power - A
Red = Left turn/Brake - LT

Where do the 3 wires in back of my Cobra18wxst11 go? Can I use a cigarette lighter plug?

From www.Cobra.com

"Where do I connect the three power wires? (radios with 3 power leads)
Answer: Connect the black wire to chassis ground.

Connect the red wire to a switched +12 volt source, such as the fuse for the AM/FM radio.

The orange wire is for the memory retention of your CB radio, and should be connected to a constant +12 volt source. The fuse for the brake lights is usually a good choice.

With the radio wired as above, the radio will turn off when the ignition is turned off. The orange wire will provide power to the radio so that it remembers the channel.

If you are installing your Cobra CB radio in an application where you wish to utilize a cigarette plug to power the unit, connect the black wire to the negative lead (side terminal) on the plug. Connect both the red and orange wires together to the positive lead (center tip) of the plug. Your unit will function properly this way but will not retain the channel memory. When power is applied your radio will come up on channel 9."

Precor 9.25i treadmill running backwards.

The power leads Black/red will determine the direction that the motor will turn. If the leads have been switched to the wrong terminals at the lower PCA it will run backwards even if the black and red line up when the motor is plugged in. Check to see if the power cable on the lower board is in the right configuration. I've seen the terminals get switched when a new lower board is installed.

Switching electrical plugs

it sounds as if your plug configuration is for 220 volts. that means that all wires are needed to operate the unit. white is the common and red and black are both power leads. in other words...the red lead provides 110 volts and the black provides 110 volts, and the white is the common for both circuits. and of course the ground is for curcuit safety
to change to a three prong plug the ground must be sacrificed but with shock risk. i suggest a seperate ground wire run to an adequate ground.
a typical three prong plug will mean that the two prongs closest to the edges are the two power leads and will use the red wire on one and black wire on the other.(doesn't matter which one goes on which prong)
the white will go to the center or usually odd shaped prong. be sure and be safe!
hope this helps.......................jay
