I want to play a flash drive with a movie with sound on it. I can't change from internal memory to usb flash drive. Can you help me?

I think I follow what your asking, so I'll do my best.
It reads that you want to play a movie you have on a flash drive through a digital picture frame.
Have you tried copying the flash drive to the internal storage and them playing the movie?
I think the biggest part of the problem is that the picture frames aren't capable of playing full movies, just slide shows. And any sound it has is on a separate section; not truly "linked" like a DVD or computer is. Picture frames are pretty much one trick ponies.

Why can't my pandigital picture frame play my movie all the way through?

Does this happen with all movies or with one particular movie?
It could be that the movie file is broken or incomplete.
You could test the file on a different computer, but bear in mind that some movie players can be more indulgent with problematic movie files than others.
Personally I have several movies that play excellent with the well-known VLC Media Player, but will consistently fail using other media player software.
I hope this helps.

Movies

The file extension '.MP4' ex. might not be readable in the frame.
Videos: Play your favorite videos on the true color TFT LCD screen. Simply connect your USB drive to the USB port on the frame to transfer your videos to the on-board memory or store on a SD/SDHC card.

Picture freeze, long tme to restart does it again

Unless you have good / fast access to the Internet (or wireless or 4G network), it may take a long time to download a movie to your device. If the speed of download is slower than the speed of the play, the picture freezes ... essentially, it is waiting for the completion of the download for the next few frames (of the movie). That is why the picture freeze .... and it will start again after sufficient data has been download to continue / start playing (the movie) again.

Can see frame but cannot see movie

Is it a downloaded movie? You possibly do not have the right codec to view it. Download VLC media player. It is free open-source software that can play practically any video format.

Unwanted "frame" around photos

Hey Alcofribas,
What this should mean is this is a movie file and not a still photograph. There should be an option to play the movie, and the small image inside the gray box is a screen shot of the first frame of the movie file. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan
