you dont need any cd. you need microsoft activesync software to connect with your pc. you can download freely activesync online.

You will need to download and install Microsoft ActiveSync (for windows XP) from:

In case using Windows Vista or WIndows 7, download and install WIndows Mobile Device Center from:
