Need a remot for tv/vcr tv - Quasar VV-2002 20 in. TV/VCR Combo

There is no code for Samsung TV/VCR combo units. Try the Samsung VCR codes: 240, 045 and the Samsung TV code: 060, 427, 056, 030, 019, 178 . Program the VCR and the TV buttons separately.

Then use the drop down menus to select Universal Remote and the model. Please note that the codes programmed into a universal remote are limited to those for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV/VCR is newer than your remote, you may need a new remote.

I ran into a very similar problem with a TV that I had that did not have a TV/VCR button on it. You HAD to have a remote to change it and the remote for the TV had been LONG lost. The solution was to go to Target or Walmart, and pick up a cheap universal remote. Make sure that the universal remote has a TV/VCR button on it and when you get the right code plugged into the remote it will function just like the original remote.

Same problem...Went to Goodwill Store, they usually have a large basket of remotes. I found a Daewoo remote for a TV only, HOWEVER on the bottom it has a AIR/CABLE button. The remote doesn't say Daewoo on it only..."Remote Controller R-25B03". The rest of the button of course work with the TV portion of the DVN-14F6N.

YOU CAN USE EMERSON CODES FOR YOUR ADMIRAL TV AND TV / VCR COMBOS, MY COMCAST REMOTE ACCEPTED 11911. SOME REMOTES NEED FIVE NUMBERS AND MY ADMIRAL ONLY HAS THREE. SO I USED AN EMERSON CODE AND IT WORKED MOST OF THE BELLS, NOT ALL WHISTLES WORKED BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO GET UP TO TURN IT ON, CHANGE THE CHANNEL OR THE VOLUME. MY KIDS WON'T DO IT ANY MORE!!
