You might be able to. Turn the thermostat up, throw a thermometer into the box and play with it for a few days until your happy with it. But, be sure to keep the thermostat in it and load it slowly over a few days. You'll need to keep an eye on how it reacts when you start to load it up. It might see a load and turn back into a freezer. just load it slow and keep an eye on it. If you turn it up and is doesn't get above freezing, don't think you can load it up to bring the temperature up. It might work at first, but as it catches up, you'll find out you still have a freezer!!

Fan runs but the compressor does not run no

While moving the unit you may have jammed or budged the start capacitor which is keeping your unit from turning on. It is located in the back of the unit near the compressor it is oval shaped and silver in color with two wires running out of it. Get the number off of it, go online and search for beverage-air commercial freezer parts. You will need to have the model number to make sure that you get the right parts. Please rate

It is blowing hot air!

http://www.beverage-air.com/Main.aspx?pid=74&tab=75
I went to this web site and found several manuals on your unit. check it out.
Hope this is what you are looking for.
Be sure that the condenser on the back of the unit is clean and that the unit is not pushed back up against anything that can block air flow around the condenser.
Start there. If you need more, let me know.

Need to know what type of freon to use to recharge a one yaer old Beverage Air Sandwich table refrigeration unit. Is this the same process as recharging an automotive AC system?

Beverage air used R134a almost exclusively on refrigerators. The process is similiar to ac systems. You should weigh the charge in as per the data plate. Be precise as over or under charge can dramitically affect the performance of the unit. Hope this helps
