That model will usually have 8 caps that require replacement on the Power board and also 4 capacitors on the DM board which will usually cause the Non stop blinking light symptom.

Replaced caps on tv worked then I turned off and now green light is flashing non-stop again. What's wrong now ? Please help

You'll have to check your standby voltages and make sure they are present. If they are not then the power supply needs repaired or replaced. Caps, as they are going bad can fatigue a power supply.

You can press the "DEVICE" and "MENU" keys on the front of the TV (not the remote) and the TV should flash an error code. Here is a chart.

Error Code Probable Cause
12 No error detected
22 Recovery from momentary Reset
32 Lamp Cover open
33 Air Filter Cover open
34 Lamp abnormality
35 Chassis Fan failure
36 Exhaust (Back Cover) or Lamp Ballast Fan failure
37 Engine (DMD or Lamp) Fan failure
38 Excess Lamp Temperature
39 Excess DMD Temperature
41 Short Detected
44 DVI Cable (between Chassis and Engine) disconnected

If the code is lets say 36 the LED will flash 3 times then pause then 6 flashes.

Wd-62725

I would suspect a faulty Zener or Diode, transistor, allowing dirty DC or AC ripple, to the Caps.. use a scope and have a look. One must always find the cause of why things fail simply fixing the symptoms simply means it will fault again.

Blinking Green light after Capacitor kit replacement WD-62725

I just repaired two Mit WD-62725 sets in the last two weeks.
The first one had bad caps on the power board and the FMT board. The scond one had bad caps on four out of the five boards.
Also, on the FMT board, there was a blown surface-mount fuse.
I advise checking all of the boards for bad caps. If you fine a bad 1000uf cap, replace all of the 1000uf's on the board.
Hop this helps,
Dan

Blinking green timer light

Check C81A2, C81A3, C81B3 and C81B4 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the DM PCB.
Check C8F19, C8F21, C8F22 and C8F27 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the FMT PCB.
If any are bad, replace all of them with part # 181P734030 (680 uFD, 16V, 105C).
