Some operating systems will not automatically recognize the camera when you connect the cable without installing the driver and/or software first. Unplug the cable connecting the camera to the pc and watch the bottom right side of your screen near the clock area while you reconnect the cable to see if the pc knows when it is connected. There might be an arrow next to the clock that you need to click on in order to see the camera Icon appear. If the pc does not recognize the camera when the cable is connected then you will need to download and install the software and/or driver for Disney Pix in order to access the pictures inside. Disconnect the cable from the pc before downloading the software and do not reconnect it until you have installed it on your pc.
Your computer must recognize your camera automatically,.
Go to control panel -- device manager and look if they are a device iht a yellow mark .
If have a yellow mark, select and rigt clik "uninstall"
Restart your PC

Try connect in another computer
