It's a simple job for a repairer - if you can find one that will have anything to do with audio cassette technology anymore, sorry, but I'm finding that some won't.
Not knowing where you are I don't know which currency you use but if it helps, here in the UK I'd say don't spend more than £25 on this.
There are still new cassette decks made and lots of good used ones around.
I know Technics is a very good make but I was looking at superb condition Nakamichis the other week for £35 which are a far better brand.

My technics cassette deck tr575 everything seems to work all the functions all the buttons but when I put a cassette tape in the unit I see no responce on the db meter... Everything is functioning on

There are 2 long switches, maybe 4" long, called record/play switches. These can certainly cause this. Try cleaning them with the power unplugged. You would turn the cassette deck on end, so the switches are vertical. Use LPS-1 or LPS-2, and spray a very small amount in the end. Work the switch back and forth and see if that helps. Good luck.

Tape is slow and whirring noise

Alex somebody technical will have to look at what is wrong with your deck. What is the shape of this piece of plastic I tried to service a Nakamichi the other day and the reason for the deck to burn one of the motors from a sticker that was used for the identification and it jammed the mechanism up. It sound as if there is a part from the Pause control if this is one of the units in those made in China after about 1990

Doors will not open

Probably need a new transport mechanism belt. In any case open the deck up and see if the belt is loose. Then turn the pully with finger until tape is released. Do not force- if high resistance is had then turn the other way. You will need to get a belt if you see a loose one. It could also be a bad motor for that function. I am not looking at the SM right now.

Tape is stuck inside a technic RS-TR575

This is the biggest reason why I say that the designer of these fancy little door/cradles SHOUL HAVE BEEN SHOT before invention. With a strong longnose plier break the casing of the cassette The Technics that I worked on the lid of this door can be removed from the outside Be careful with the tape itself if the recording is of great value to you that you do not stretch or break the tape. REMOVE all power batteries or mains or both ! then turn the flywheel in the OPPOSITE direction so that the tape can be unwound. You do get empty shells that can be used in the place of the one you gotta break the shell It remains a messy sort of business After you have removed the tape inspect the rolle and capstan shaft are they CLEAN and free running to prevent this from happening again. In the future it is a good habit to fast forward or rewind the tape from end to end.In the user instruction booklet some manufacturers recommend this. If you are scared to damage your machine then get this done by an expert and ask him/her to show you in future.

No sound is displayed by the meter nor sound does not go to the speakers

Look for: faulty switches, wires from the head off, or a faulty pre-amp perhaps an IC?

I need to know how to record 1 tape onto another tape on a Technics rs tr-575 dual cassette deck

press the synchro start button, the tape deck should now go to REC PAUSE, press the SPEED button till you get the required recording speed then press the synchro start again and it should start to record from deck 1 to deck 2.

make sure the tabs at the top of the tape you want to record on are intact,
if not just put a bit of sticky tape over holes.

hope this helps?

Unit looks to be working fine but I get no out-put on line out. Both 1 and 2 decks were ran and problem is on both decks

Often a micro switch can break that cuts off the sound, look around for them.
Otherwise it sounds like a amp problem. It is also something that common to both channels. Maybe an IC that both channels goes into, or perhaps the IC is not getting power.

Cassette deck won't open or play tapes

Take it to a Panasonic authorized service center. They'll fix it.

Technics RS-TR272 dual cassette deck

Ahh, Another Dual cassette deck. These are typically not worth a repair charge. I went looking for a service manual but Hi Fi Engine did not have one but they had a Owners Manual. Any unit that has a specification as to wow and flutter starting new at .18% was never made to be a long lasting deck of any quality. I don't like to be negative about people equipment but you might be better off getting a better deck from the start. If you think it is worth the repair, then send it to someone but I don't think you will want to sink $100 into a unit like this.
I am not saying it is unrepairable but that with what you come out in the end you could have made a better choice for a deck to buy.
It is probably a bad solder joint or bad capacitor on the circuit board.
I am in Chicago and would look at it for you if you want.
