Step-1 : Firstly GoTo
www.internetdownloadmanager.com
and download latest trial version of IDM. And if you already have
installed IDM on your computer then GoTo ->help->Check for
updates...and update your IDM to current version.
Step-2 :
It will automatically ask you for registration if you already installed
IDM else click on registration, Now a new dialog(window) appears that
is asking for Name, Last Name, Email Address and Serial Key..
Step-3 : Enter your Name(Any Name), Last Name, Email ID and in Serial Key paste any key from the following ->

And click on ok to register. You also can enter any key from your
side. Means you have to enter wrong key, so enter anything
Step-4:
After your click ok, it will show an error message that you have
registered IDM using fake serial key and IDM will exit. Now here the
hack starts.
Step-5 :
Now GoTo "Computer -> C:\(Drive) ->Windows -> System32 ->
drivers -> etc". Else in window paste it
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc .. Xp and vista user cstrong>

Hi there
are you referring to the system asking for registration or 'Garage Band'? There should not be a reg' for garage band.
I imagine you are stuck in the system registration. If that is the case it is a bit more tricky. You will have to boot the mac up from your install disk and run disk utilities. The first thing is to check permissions. You could also custom install the original garage band from the disk that will take it back to the older version. If the system software comes back up you can then try and update. Rather do a total update search for the whole system software first to see if garage band is picked up. If not go to the site to find the update and try again.
If all that fails you might be forced into a re-install.
I'm afraid no short cuts on that one.
