Can i download a manual for my uniden dect 6.0 handset phone

SOURCE: I have a Uniden DECT 6.0 phone set. I damaged one

On the base, open the menu and select Register Handset. The display should say Handset Registering.
On the handset you want to register, press and hold # until the handset display says Handset Registering (about 2 seconds).

In about 30 seconds, the handset display should say Registration Complete. Press Talk/fl ash and make sure you get a dial tone.

Try...
you don't hear a dial tone
the display says Registration Failed --
Making sure the handset is fully charged, then start over at step 1.

With the phone in standby, press MENU/SELECT on the base.
Move the cursor to select the Register Handset menu, and then press MENU/SELECT. Handset Registering will appear.
On the handset, press and hold # until the handset beeps and displays Handset Registering.
When the handset has registered to the base, the LCD will display Registration Complete then show the handset ID number.
If the display shows Registration failed, repeat the process again.
Note: If a handset has ever been registered to a base, reset the handset before you register it to a new base

I am writing for my Mum, who is 99. We live far apart, so it is a bit difficult to fix her problem. She had a new Uniden DECT 60 (?) installed in early July. It seemed to be working fine when we left her, but she says it only rings twice before going to voice mail. She says it has always been like that. How can we fix this for her even though we live at a distance?.

Uniden doesn't call it the "detailed" owners manual, but it is bigger than the one in the box. Speaking of snafu's, there is no mention of how to deal with the VM icon. I found some info on resetting the VM indicator in a different Uniden manual. The instructions on page 42 may be of some help: http://www.uniden.com/pdf/DECT1588om.pdf
