If the server is very busy , at times you will get this notice, or if they are running slower than normal due to maintenance. you can also try and clear all your history and cookies ,, anything that would be slowing your connection speed, One good tool to use for this is CCleaner by piriform, I use it a couple times a day , click this link and download it,, its free, they ask for donations, and have a version you can buy, but look for the download choices,, and click on the one from Piriform,, not the one from filehippo,, and Poof,, freebie,, once installed, Just run it,, you'd be surprised at all the junk it gets rid of that slows your machine to a crawl.. heres the link http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER
Once you've selected a Chat room, you'll be brought to the Chat room window where you'll see yourYahoo! IDlisted as well as the Messenger Chat Administrator. You won't see anyone else listed in the Chat room until you've passed the verification process. To do this you'll need to click the verificationlink given in the Chat room window. The "Chat Room Verification" window opens, where you can enter the word verification text (please note that this text is not case sensitive).
If you don't see the "Chat Room Verification" window load when clicking on the verification link, this is maybe because you currently have pop-up blocker software installed. To confirm that pop-up blocker software is interfering with loading of the "Chat Room Verification" page, please hold the Ctrlkey down while clicking the verification link and the new window should load. Now all you'll need to do is to enter the word verification text and click Submit
