To pair with a Bluetooth device:

  1. Make sure the device's Bluetooth radio is on.
  2. Set the handset's Bluetooth discover mode to On.
  3. Select the appropriate Bluetooth accessory.
  4. Enter your PIN number.

Once a Bluetooth accessory has been paired with the device, it can be used with the device, without the need for re-pairing, assuming the appropriate profile exists for the required service.

Hello Two problems with Palm Centro phone 1) 'No Activated Card Found' message but card is installed. 2) Phone resets on attempt to activate Bluetooth.

We might need to hard reset the phone. Follow all the steps mentioned in the website below:

Its locked up

Is your Palm Centro device locked up and frozen. You might want to try a hard reset. Here’s how.

1. Remove the battery from the rear of the unit.

2. Hold down the power button while reinserting the battery.

3. When the second Palm logo appears, release the power button.

4. Press the Up button to complete the hard reset and erase all data on the Centro.

Bluetooth connection problems

I cannot say I have the answer to this, but I am using a Jabra JX10 and it is working well. I previously had a Nokia 6256i, which I loved, but wouldn't work with the bluetooth at all. If you have not tried a Jabra, I would recommend it. Also, if you haven;t tried for a replacement phone, consider the possibility it might be the phone itself.

Bluetooth

Email Restarts phone.
Sprint said make a new user because of 3rd party software but won't help otherwise.
Bluetooth won't work with my Pioneer DVD in dash Car receiver either.
Works with my Jabra headset though.
What gives? Any software I can download to fix?
Thanks
