I just had this same problem, and I think I figured it out. There was water on the bottom from the last cycle, so I pressed HEAVY and DELICATE at the same time for 3 seconds (you'll see it printed on the control panel), and the unit drained. I was then able to start the new cycle normally without the error. Hope that helps!
draining is not the problem, I think there is an issue with the computer panel, I had two repairmen come in, the first was a nightmare he actually said it could cost $500.00-$1,000.00 to fix and it depended what it was worth to me, I showed him the door, the seocnd guy brought his service repair manual and reset the computer, I don't think you can reset by turning off the power as the computer needs to reset by pressing the right codes, this is what I need, otherwise I will call Larry again and ask him to come reset the computer, I'm trying to save the service call fee. If there is a power surge the computer will mess up and needs resetting. I think next time there is extreme weather I will turn the breaker off and hopefully that will prevent the computer issuing errors.

Thanks for the advice. Actually found out my dishwasher was under warranty still and repairman came out. I was not home at he time, but the wife said it had to do with sensor being dirty or clogged. Anyway he cleaned it and it works great.
