Your friend requests and messages have been blocked for 30 days because you've been contacting people against their wishes. If you continue to ignore these warnings, you will permanently lose the ability to send friend requests.

I know it's frustrating and this already happened to me and this kind of problem only occurs when you sent a friend request to a person who reported you as spam. As per Facebook policy any account marked as spam will be blocked for a certain period of time. There is no resolution to this other than to wait for the time frame provided by Facebook as to when you can access this again. So, next time it would be best to include a message for every friend request you send which includes your complete name so you won't be marked as spam and that your account will not be suspended.

Wait for 30 days and it will come back again. Only facebook admins can do that.

i too faced the same problem once they even blocked ma account as a warning .....i think u would hav recieved that too.....if u hav not stopped sending request after that they might have blocked that service
try not to send any more request... it may be helpful ...........gud luck
