No remote for small Orion TV - Input mode?

How can I get the tv to go into input mode with out a remote control?
I can't hook anything up to it. My dvd player, stereo, or vcr.
Can you please help me out?

cant play ps2.
cant play xbox.

movies are fine, i can just use my computer..

I found a 5.00 universal remote at walmart with an input button that worked for my Orion tv.It is ONB13AV004

If u cant get to the aux screen try holding down or pressing one of the channel buttons very quickly.

I have an Orion TV Model TV1934A and no original remote for it. I have a few questions. Could a universal remote be used for it? Could a universal remote change the TV input mode? Is there any other...

You could try a universal remote and it might let you select the aux input on the front of the set. If this doesn't work you could try an RF modulator that would feed the signal from the device you want to view on the tv through the antenna jack on the back of the set. Electronics retailers in your area should have one. Follow the instructions that come with the RF modulator.

INPUT MODE WITHOUT REMOTE

Hi
If you cannot reach the AV input mode by scrolling through the channel up down, nor is there is a source or TV/AV button on the set it self, then the news is bad I am sorry. You will need the remote to get AV inputs on this set.
You can get a new remote for the set from here for $1995. Plus postage. Note that it has the TV/AV button.

I would suggest you try to find a universal remote that has an "input" or "source" button and program that one to your tv. By pressing the "source" or "input" button, it will change the input to the tv. I hope this helps! -Der Strom

Orion tv without input/output plugs

from the looks of the picture you have one audio video input port on the front of the tv. The connectors are yellow and red or yellow and white. Yellow is video and red or white are audio. Find those same connectors on the back or your dvd player, hook it up to the tv and there you go. You'll have to go to game mode or input 2 on the tv to see the dvd player.

if you dont already have the remote set up then find the codes and t it up. the remote should have a button that says either tv/video or input. depending on the tv it should take you to a few channels through this button. look for either input 1 or 2, or even GAME. these should be the channels it will play on.

VICTORY! Had the same problem with my Orion model FTDV2004. Lost the remote and couldn't program a universal remote to change the input to AV. After a day of reading posts, I just started pushing the channel up button. Somewhere past channel 115 the "Line1" and "Line 2" inputs showed up.

Can not get tv to go to aux mode to hook up a playstation2

Do you have the original remote control?. Without it you will not be able to switch to video or to the TV mode. If you do have the Original remote hand unit, look for a button call input or video. A universal will not work so please do not waist your hard earnd cash. Good Luck
