Nerf N-Strike Spectre Rev-5 Dart Blaster Logo

I've got a nerf spectre rev-5 with one chamber that, every time I put a dart into one of the 5 chambers, clicks slightly and the dart pops out a half-centimeter. not only does it keep the rotor from turning but it makes the gun jam when it chambers, because there's not enough compression. How do I fix whatever mechanism inside that's causing the dart to eject?

Take the rear bolt cover off ( 2 screws) . Reach inside with your finger and try spinning the spring. For some reason the spring will eventually move to a position that when compacted will bind with the bolt pass through hole.

SOURCE: Stampede ECS won't fire the

I had this same problem. Well, actually after I modded it. I hope you are good with your hands, because this takes effort.

Unscrew the casing and open the gun (remember to take the battery pack out and have the two plates together so that the wire connecting them doesn't break).

When you see the plating covering the plunger (spring) system take it off, it has about 5 screws.

Since this is extrememly hard to explain in words, look at an internet picture of the internal plunger system. The way it works is that when the spring/tube goes forward (as the motor operates) the 'plunder' (the white thing) stays back. As the orange tube goes forward it triggers and release mechanism that fires the plunger forward due to spring pressure, compressing the air, therefore firing the bullet.

All you have to do (which is what I did) is insert a clip (with the plates open), make sure the jam door is closed, and put the battery pack in (to complete the circuit). Do a bunch of test runs to make sure the white plunger is shooting forward as the mechanism operates.

This will all make sense once you activate the gun without base plates.

Email me at [email protected] if you complete it, have questions and/or comments.

I hope it helped!

PS- while you're at it, you might as well look for online instructions on how to mod the air restrictor (as I am too lazy to write a few more paragraphs!).

My bosch dishwasher counts down to 1 minute on any cycle but will not drain except by manually hitting cancel. I've replaced a defective drain pump but it still does this- any ideas?

The pressure chamber or hose (pressure chamber to sump) may be blocked and the microswitch is being activated because the water is not entering the tank quick enough. Isolate from electric, remove lid and left panel (looking from the front). There is a plastic chamber bottom right of left side with two microswitches, either this is blocked or the hose that runs from it to the right and along the back of the kick panel and into the sump. Clear either or both (make sure all hoses are pushed true when repositioning).

How do I unjam a double cocked nerf diatron

1. Make sure that there are two disks loaded in the launcher. They must be pressing against the pressure switch at the top of the chamber. 2. Use a screwdriver to push in the T-shaped switch that would normally be triggered when the priming lever is closed. When both switches are activated, the trigger should be unlocked, allowing you to fire and to release the priming lever.

Have you confirmed that you are getting fuel into the combustion chamber. If this is a carburetor model, the needle might be stuck against the seat in the float chamber, especially if the new motor has been standing for sum time.

When runing petrol is comeing out of the top of number 2 carb then on low revs it spluters and dies

The carb is flooding because of a stuck needle valve in the float chamber. When the bike is running at higher revs, it is probably drawing enough fuel into the engine to run OK, but at low revs, the overflowing petrol will be getting into the engine in far too higher volume and flooding the cylinder, drowning the spark plug.

You will need to remove the float chamber from the carb, take out the pivot pin that the float hinges on in order to release the needle valve and clean it out. 99% of the time simply dropping the needle valve out, giving it a wipe with a lint free cloth and flushing a little clean petol through the inlet pipe to dislodge any obstruction will fix the problem. While the float chamber is off, check that there is no dirt in the bottom and that the entire chamber is clean and free of any muck.

There will probably be a drain valve on the side of the carb (Usually a brass screw set into the base of the carb float chamber at a slight angle). Before you go to the trouble of removing the carb from the bike, try this:

Turn off the fuel supply.
Put a cup under the carb to catch fuel.
Remove the drain plug and allow the fuel in the float chamber to run out.
Now the float is sitting at its lowest possible position inside the float chamber, turn the fuel supply back on and as petrol runs out of the drain hole, tap the carb sharply and repeadedly with the end of a screwdriver as you let about a pint of petrol flush through.
Turn off the fuel supply and replace the drain plug.

The flushing and tapping MAY dislodge the obstruction that is holding the needle valve open and fix the problem without having to remove the carb

I have just bought a Ryobi Expand-it 30cc multi tool 4 stroke. Using it for the first time I filled the oil as instructed, put the petrol in as instructed and then started the machine after 2-3 minutes I...

This may sound like a dumb question, but did you mix the fuel and put it in the machine? If so, you shouldn't have. 4 strokes don't take mixed fuel. You must put the SAE 30 Oil (Not 2 cycle Oil) in a different chamber. Let me know, PLEASE!

Stampede ECS won't fire the darts. It sounds as if it is firing, however, the darts just stay in the chamber. The spring mechanism is moving and the batteries are new.

Revere Ware old fashioned coffee pot

1) Boil the water you’ll need in another pot.
2) Put 1 tablespoon of ground coffee (drip grind, not percolator grind) in the reduced diameter, perforated bottom of the brewing chamber.
3) Put the grind/water separator (the perforated, flat handled plate with cup markings on the handle) in the Brewing Chamber, over the coffee grounds.
3) Put the Brewing Chamber on top of the Holding Chamber.
4) Pour the appropriate number of cups boiling water into the brewing chamber; put the lid with the black knob on the brewing chamber.
5) Let the water drain through the coffee grinds (5-10 minutes).
6) Remove Brewing Chamber, clean out the coffee grounds, and replace the lid on the holding chamber.
7) Enjoy your coffee! Keep it warm on the stove at LOW heat setting.
