Is there a software that is associated with my sonny battery that will make it charge again

apparently go700 loses sound when you upgrade software to vers.7.162

Sonny, can't respond directly but yes there is a way. remove handle half and first check the brushes for their condition and resistance across the commutator of the armature, slowly rotate the armature and keep checking. If you get a reading close on each contact the armature should be fine. check the condition of the battery also. and while checking check from the switch/battery contacts to the brush leads for an open. from the specifications you have provided it is clear that you are having both software as well as a hardware problem .first of all go for a software update of your phone. then go for a hardware check up. probably your phone is unable to recognise its own battery.

use jd flasher n do flashing with that software i had it on my w580i ......

Battery most likely has dead cells, the live cell that is still working is showing 100% but does not enough juice to keep the computer running by itself. You need a new battery.

I had the same problem in my laptop and it got solved by taking out the battery and placing back again...

Use your phone and completely discharge the battery.Then charge the battery.If again the problem exists then either it is your phone's software problem or it is time to replace your battery.Update your phone's software using nokia software updater and if the problem again exist replace your battery..

not the battery its a phone software fault needs reflashing.

Buddy, Not a problem for the average Home Technician. Unless you are good at Solid state Electronics service. Problem is faulty Red Outpuit Transistor or associated components. Best to seek professional hellp.
