There are 2 places that you can get whatsapp from on the blackberries. Either you search for it in the App world and download it from there. Or you can go to www.whatsapp.com/ota on your phone to get it. If it doesn't work from either method, post a comment with details as to why it will not load (if there are any error messages, or what it is doing when it stops downloading) and I will get back to you with an answer. Hi,
First make sure you have the blackberry App world downloaded on your BB and you are connected to a full BIS plan. Then you open your app world and click on the search icon and type in whatsApp messenger in the search box and you choose the whatsApp messenger from the list of options and click on download.

What Tray app? What OS? In the Tray Notification Area? Open Task Manager, find "explorer.exe, click on it and End Process, all you desktop will disapear, click on File in the top left of Task Manager, open New Task (Run...), in Create New Task, type exprorer and OK. Your Tray Notification Area will reset.

Go to the "My Files" app, and check what files and downloaded applications are in the phone memory. Try to move the applications to the SD card, then move any other data (videos, pictures, music, etc) to the SD card.

I also recommend downloading either the CCleaner app or the AVG app to clean out junk files form the memory.

Tray app is persistant at star up and unwanted. no recollection of what warranted this to apear.
Hi,

This popup is related to corrupted windows installer for tray app. We need to delete this entry from Windows installer. Please follow the below steps.

  1. Download the Windows Installer Clean-Up utility (see Resources for link). Click the link on the download page on the Microsoft website and save the file to your Windows desktop.
  2. Double-click the utility setup icon on the desktop.The icon is labeled msicuu2.exe. Follow the prompts and the installation wizard instructions to install the utility. Click the "Finish" button in the installation wizard when it is finished.
  3. Open the utility. Click Start > All Programs >Windows Installer Clean-Up. This opens the Windows Installer Clean-Up window.
  4. Click and highlight "Tray app" program from the list and then select "Remove".This will open a warning prompt window.
  5. Click the OK button in the warning window. The utility will remove the"Tray app" that you selected.
  6. After its done, restart the computer and the problem is no more.
