I can't see the phone for myself in person, nor do I have any ideas regarding the rates charged by the techs there. It may just need to be reattached, which would be a lot cheaper, and easier to fix.
Well in that case, it may be slightly DIS ALIGNED then.. It's rubbing against the wall where it slides into, giving you that "jamming" effect. Again, can't see it in person, so having a tech take a looksy wouldn't hurt. Heard they give free assessments..
Again, it's having difficulty with sliding up because something is "rubbing" against it, a minor obstruction, if you will. Have a tech take a look, it's probably for free anyway. He'll pinpoint the exact root prob, and weed it out.

how much would a technicain cost
i live in california and its a part that you can see thats broken you can push it around and move it it just got unnatached but the other side is still attatched
it still works fine it just doesnt slide up as easily but it does still slide and its attatched
my phone was working but the the slide part i had to hold on to it all the time my phone is a kyocera rise virgin mobile and the slide broke an now mu whole phone is broke wont turn on
