I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your mixer. It may be you need to replace your motor brushes or they haven't been inserted correctly. Below I have added a link for our help page on removing and replacing the motor brushes:

Welcome to FixYa I believe the
motor is bad and needs replacement...Motor brushes goes bad after sometime and
replacing the motor is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have
