Try searching for the program for the webcam in the start menu. Press start, then type Acer and see if the Crystal Eye webcam software shows up in the list. If not you may need to re-download the software and/or drivers from Acer's website.
If you go to your start menu, look for a programme called 'acer crystal eye webcam' and that will bring up your webcam programme.
It is not in the folder 'Acer crystal eye webcam' though, just 'Crystal eye webcam'.
If this proves fruitless, type webcam into the search option at the bottom of your start menu and look for the crystal eye webcam.
If these do not work, then look in your control panel to make sure it is installed. If not, contact company, they have a good customer service standard (from my experience)
