You need the multimedia settings to installed before you can do that. It should be provided by your service provider, which is free of charge (the settings that is). Rates on how much it'll cost you depends on your service provider.

I have Boost unlimited Plan and it includes multimedia option. I was receiving and sending pictures prior to the problem, then one day when I wanted to send a pic and pressed send, the phone turned off then on again as if it was rebooting. I called the provider,however their limited help they directed me to Motorola. I was wondering if others have had the same problem and how they went about of resolving it.

I have motorola w385 from boostmobile one I rotated my daughters pic and my phone turned off and rebooted itself and now I can't view my pictures and send any media also my battery dies real quick. I just bought this phone in october 08. I called 611 and they couldn't fix it either. What should I do?
