I threw the drive belt on my Troy-bilt Pony riding lawn mower. I need the schematic to re-install the belt.

The proposed solution is not appropriate. The proposed solution is for how to change the deck belt. I need the instructions for how to change the DRIVE belt, the UPPER belt that controls the speed of the machine, not the belt that turns the blades. The proposed solution is the same thing that is in the Troy-bilt owner's manual and is not helpful regarding the DRIVE belt.

You found the TOPIC, and yes, the headlines read as if the topic pertains to the DRIVE belt. I found that too. But if you read the instructions that seem to pertain to that topic, the instructions STILL only apply to the mower DECK belt, not the belt that drives the transmission. And there is no schematic, not even for the deck belt arrangement. The instructions tell YOU to make sure you remember how the belt came off so that you can put the new one back on. That wouldn't be much help if the belt broke during use and you had no clue how it was arranged before it broke. As for the DRIVE belt, you are still not helpful. Please try again.
