Based on your description I suspect the ignition module is the culprit. It is common for failing module to cause this condition.

I suggest that you have the ignition module tested, most Auto Zone stores will test it for free but it has to be removed from the vehicle.

Press the "suf/rep" button for 2 seconds until frequency appears, press Disc + or Disc - to change frequency, press shuf/rep for two seconds to save/exit.

there is usually a random button on most radios. it should be marked either rdm or shuf. not knowing what radio you have, makes it rather hard to say. you would get a much better response if you supply more information, such as what brand and model the radio is, or at least what kind of car it is in.

If its a top freezer you have a frozen drain. If you are not trying to remove panels on the ref then you should shuf the ref down for 24 hrs with the doors open to allow it to thaw out. What is happening is when your freezer defrosts the ice your drain line is plugged and is overflowing down your vents into the ref. 99 times out of 100 this will work. 1% of the time there is somthing obstructing the drain line which would require a tech.

The sender units go bad and stick on a 1/4 of a tank when you are actually out of gas, if not then it is going to be the fuel pump inside the tank of the relay.
Also makesure the fuel inertia shuf off switch hasn't been tripped.
