May be because your phone is on phone memory just try to go to messages --> options --> settings --> other --> and check the memory in use . if it is phone memory you can just change it to memory card .

Check the games you have installed on your phone. Some games use up a LOT of your phone's internal memory and some have the option to save most of the data on your SD card instead of the phone's internal. Go to settings > applications > manage applications to see which ones are using the most. I would try to delete some of the games then check the internal afterwards.
If that doesnt work you could always do a full wipe of the phone's memory (wont delete the SD card memory) by going to Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
Its mean phone memory is full, you can make some space by deleting some installed application. Delete also all cache/history in your browser. If the problem persist, reset your phone to factory setting after put off your memory card. After resetting the phone, your phone memory will be empty again and you can reinstall your previous application. Avoid to install application in phone memory (always install in memory card).
Because you phone memory may be full and you should change you settings to your memory card...to store all your data on memory card,...instead of phone memory..
Back-up your data first.then insert *#7370# and the phone will restart.If it didn't helped you,use a software update(which is awailable for free on nokia's official website and you're encouraged to do upgrading to have full benifits from your handset)
press GREEN,* and 3 simultaneously while turning it on..do not let go until hands appear..then reformat memory card..
NOTE:this procedure erase data in your phone so be sure to back up your data..your phone is infected with virus so formatting is necessary..
